I used Prsimacolor pencils and pastels. Before I got Minx, I was looking at Blue Birds, however, Kittahs and Birds don't mix. . .Minx won out.
Thank you Kristin and Eva for hosting Paint Party Friday. A fun pace to be, to share, to learn and thank you so much for the comments. They are so needed and appreciated.
Photos are of nature that I appreciate around me. The Pink, Red and Green trees are out. I love hearing the Fountain and this is our lamp light down the whole Courtyard.
Robin in the Fountain.
Dove . . . .
. . .and other birds come to eat. The dark purple bird
could be a Grackle or a Purple Martin. . .
My Aloe has been planted in the Pelican.
Squirrels still eat around it.
Minx watches the Squirrels and birds and
sometimes I hear a twittering sound from her.
Horse is in the Pasture. . .pretty trees around.
We had rain. . .my Patio fills up like a pool.
Trees in Backyard are reflected in a puddle.
1920s house surrounded by pretty bushes
large trees and a picket fence.
This is the largest tree I've ever seen. Barn is behind it.

ReplyDeleteSuch a cute drawing, and lovely pictures. I had to smile when you say you sometimes hear a twittering sound from Minx. Our cat does that too, she's sitting in front of the window, and whenever she makes that sound I know she is looking at a bird in the garden :-)
