White Baby Snow Dragon

Working on many things, this baby needs to show his wings.  He was fun to make and put together. . . . all the pieces parts.  His wings have a bit of color, don't know what color he will be when he grows up.  Dragons do get bigger and bigger.

My Weekend: Shopping

I hate to shop.  I love to be with my friends.  Some of them do like to shop, or at least find a new place.  Boca is a new place to shop.  There is a great *new quilt shop.  .  .  Three Crafty Quilters (the original store is Three Crafty Ladies on Sanibel Island).  Definitely a store worth the visit.
We shopped at Nordstrom's Rack.  Anything Betsy Johnson has my attention and the earrings definitely had my attention.
We found a Goodwill Boutique.  Right a boutique, this was an experience.  Many name brands for $7, $9 and $14. Sometimes the original price tag was still attached. Amazing.  A gold evening purse caught my eye.  What am I going to do with it??  Is it a purchase I wish I had always had, or is it a wish for the future, or. . . . Well, guess I'll have to find an evening "do" and attend.  Or why not just carry it every other day and enjoy it.  What did you do over the weekend?  I really want to know.  Blessings, Janet

New Bag

I finished a new crochet project.  The directions had to be studied and restudied,but I finally have it completed. It looks like it will be a fun bag.  I will take it to show and tell tomorrow at ASG (American Sewing Guild).  Blessings, Janet

5 more Aprons

Still making aprons.  Some of them are going places and others will be up on Ebay and Etsy. I thought I was getting an early start, however, everyone is loving them.  So, I will keep making them.  I have 5 pin dolls on the table that also need to be made before the end of the month.  Blessings, Janet

Mother's Day Flowers are still blooming

My daughter, Tam, always thinks of flowers when she thinks of an occasion for me.  I love flowers and would love to find a place where people grow flowers and gardens and have my own.  In fact, I am eagerly looking for just that kind of place.  Blessings, Janet

Owlets in the Trees

Earlier this year I had crocheted 4 little owlets for a Baby Shower centerpieces.  I have received pictures of how these little darlings have been doing. They are  branching as owlets tend to do.  Thank you Diane. Blessings, Janet
