Florida
I drew this picture before I moved here. I then colored it yesterday. I used Prismacolor pencils and pan pastels. The Pelican, swordfish and palm tree were my idea of Florida. The Rainbow is my hope/wishes.
Thank you Eva and Kristin for a great Paint Party Friday each week.
Blessings,
Janet

ME
I tried to draw me. . .I drew 3 other "me" pictures and none of them looked like me. I even found an old me picture that I had drawn. . .perfect. . . for then. Therefore, I drew a me picture that is perfect for what I look like today.
I can draw other people, I have one of my girlfriend (from third grade); my late husband. . . oh yes and Dr. Who (not the present Doctor).
Thank you for the great suggestion Kristin and Eva. Happy 4th Birthday. This is a great honor to be a part of all the wonderful and creative artists at Paint Party Friday.
Blessings,
Janet

ACEO House on the water overlooking Dock and across Intracoastal.
Interior of house, dock and across the Intracoastal at the neighborhood. I used Prismacolor pencils for this neighborhood.
Thank you Eva and Kristan for Paint Party Friday. A place of creativity, sharing, and learning.
On one of my walks, I saw an alligator giving a turtle (with a baby on it's back) a ride. They were in one of our canals.

Janet

Who Remembers Little Lulu? Happy Valentines Day
PICTURE REPLACED
I forgot her curls.
I decided to be whimsical. . and nostalgic. Remember Little Lulu and her friend Tubby. . . and her shenanigans. I loved it all. She has a heart necklace for Valentines Day. I used Pastels and Pencils.
Thank you Kristin and Eva for a great artists party every Paint Party Friday. You put on a great party with so many diversified creative artists. It is a fun community, I learn about the latest art supplies and how and why to use them. . . .what's good, what's not so good and why.
Be sure and visit the artists to find out what is going on in the art world.
Blessings,
Janet

Everyone is talking about that 4-letter word - I painted it.
This is not my Yellow Cottage, I just didn't know what other color to paint it. When my girlfriend said, 'We're only suppose to get 4 more inches' . . . !!!! I knew she flipped out. I thought, OK that deserves a view. . . Here it is.
Pastels, Pan and stick; Prismacolor pencil, Faber-castell Pen, and Acrylics.
Thanks so much Kristin and Eva. You put on the Best Paint Party Friday ever. Be sure and take a look at all the great, wonderful and creative PPF Artists.
Blessings,
Janet
