Negative Painting in Watercolor

Negative Painting in Watercolor
I bought a new Art magazine this week and decided to try the Negative painting. The magazine is Paint & Draw and the artist teaching it is Jem Bowden from Bristol England. My light isn't as light as it should be but the dark is. . the fence against the thick dark grass is made with the end tip of the art brush. I found it interesting just trying new things to see where they go. I enjoyed it.

Thank you Kristin and Eva for all you do to put on a great Paint Party Friday. . .each week. Please check out the artists and come on become a part of us and show us your art.

There is a pasture on the other side of our fence and there is a
Bay horse there. . .I love to take pictues of him.
AND there is a Buckskin horse. . . a bit young because when
owner gives him a bath, he rolls in the grass. . .got to laugh at that one.
"The Barn" they stay in. . .notice the Weather Vane.
 Cloud in the Blue sky.
Close up of the Squirrel at Breakfast.
 Robin in the backyard Shadows.
Mallard Female Duck in the neighborhood.
 Moon, Clouds and Tree.
And another Moon, Clouds and Trees.
Blessings,
Janet
