Oh, yes it does snow in the tropics. . .



Watercolor painted pictures, I added markers, pastels, pens, and glitter. It does snow sometimes in the tropics. . . Palm Trees. It is on an ACEO watercolor card.

  9. Hi, love your snowy world. And I have seen it i real life. When I visited the south part of Japan 3 years ago they had a snowstorm. Forst oen in 100 years. South of Japan is tropical.
    Glad you liked my Spitir animal. I had not heard of Fine Art America but I looked it up. Lots of great art to see there :) Thanks for telling me :)
