A Young Girl's Dreams

When we are young, we dream of so many things.
The days, the nights,
The love, the sights. . .
It all seems so right, so wonderful, so enchanting,
Ah, but the life we live is the life we make.

Happy Paint Party Friday.
Blessings,
Janet

  2. We can still have those dreams even when we are older but at that stage we learn to be wiser with it by appreciating the little things in life too.

  3. Maybe it's good that we can't have everything we imagine. Some of my thoughts from years ago wouldn't have been half as good as the life that eventually did happen. Happy PPF!

  6. I was just thinking the same thing as Mary, how different my actual life is from my teenage dreams, and how much better in so many ways.

Thanks for making me think about this Janet!
